The Jimador's Day
For those who want the full picture. An early-morning visit to the agave fields with one of our jimadors — the master harvesters whose hands shape every bottle. Watch a piña come out of the ground. Learn the cuts. Taste the agave heart raw. Return to Casa Cortez for the rest of the production walk and a private lunch.

The Master Distiller's Table
The most intimate experience we offer. A small tasting hosted by one of our master distillers — Jesus Martinez or Montserrat Mendoza Jimenez. Walk through the spirit at every stage of production, including barrel samples not bottled for the public. Conversation, craft, and the quiet pleasure of tasting tequila with the people who made it.
